Take I-75 North to Georgetown; take the first Georgetown exit 460; turn right (east) onto 460; Rocky Creek Reserve is just about a mile down 460 on the left, at the intersection of Crumbaugh Lane and 460.

From Lexington: US 60 (Versailles Road) West from New Circle Road intersection, 6.7 miles to Marsailles Rd. (Kroger Center) Turn Left on Marsailles Rd., proceed .6 miles to Huntertown Rd. Turn Left on Huntertown Rd., proceed .7 miles to Huntertown Glen (Paddock Drive on the Left).

From Versailles: US 60 (Lexington Road) East to Marsailles Rd. (Kroger Center). Turn Right on Marsailles Rd., proceed .6 miles to Huntertown Rd. Turn Left on Huntertown Rd., proceed .7 miles to Huntertown Glen (Paddock Drive on the Left).

History

PSC Homes was founded in 1987 by Pete Soteropoulos. Pete began his long building career in 1971 in Louisville and has built over 1000 homes for the residents of Kentucky. In 1987 Pete relocated his building tradition in Lexington. In 2002, Gary Kleine joined Pete and became a co-owner and important key to this successful company. PSC is a well known and respected company that listens to its customers wants and wishes. PSC offers a portfolio of proven designs and plans. Its clients enjoy the productivity and value of a production builder and benefit from its experience when considering individual requests.
